Vivian Yochelson has been a practicing plaintiff’s personal injury attorney for 14 ½ years.
Ms. Yochelson handles a lot of smaller cases that the big guys, who only handle catastrophic injuries, don’t want. In addition to getting cases from other attorneys, she receives her cases through referrals from friends, family members and most importantly prior clients who have referred their friends and family members. She is experienced and capable of handling cases up until the time of trial. At that time, she then teams up with Marc Levine of the Levine Law Firm who tries Yochelson & Associate cases.
Ms. Yochelson is a member of California Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and Encino Lawyers association (ELA).
In addition to being an attorney Ms. Yochelson is also a licensed real estate broker and has been a Notary Public for 23 years.
She is a first generation American, born of Chilean parents and raised in Southern California. Ms. Yochelson is fluent in Spanish and she will soon begin a nine month program to become a certified Spanish-English Interpreter; with a goal of becoming a State and Federal court certified interpreter.
Ms. Yochelson is a mom of three girls ages 17, 14 and 12 and she has been married for 23 years to David Yochelson, also an attorney. As a hobby she loves to exercise – boot camp style; participate in Toastmaster’s International (Speaking Club) and spend quality time with her family, including a beloved dog, Sandy.
